As the President and CEO of EEC, Scott Case brings 25 years of experience in design, construction, and project management of large-scale transportation projects. He has successfully delivered projects utilizing multiple types of contract delivery methods such as Design-Build, Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build Finance, and Public-Private Partnership (P3).

Mr. Case's expertise in project management and providing innovative solutions has resulted in clients receiving multiple FTBA and ACEC awards for projects he has been involved with such as infrastructure construction projects from highways, roads, bridges, to expressways for various State Department of Transportation institutions. Mr. Case's vast bridge experience includes segmental, cable-stayed, steel tub, steel girder, Florida “I" Beam (FIB), AHSHTO girder, and Bascule.  His roadway experience includes major Interstate, Managed Lane / Express Lane projects that have new Intelligent Telecommunication System (ITS), and Tolling Facility components.

Ron Copianco Jr. has 26 years of experience in Construction Management as an expert in Utility Relocation Coordination. His experience includes positions as a Utility Division Manager, ITS Project Administrator, Utility Coordinating Liaison, and Construction Project Manager. Mr. Capobianco has worked as well directly for the D4 Florida Department of Transportation, various Engineering Firms, and as well as a prime electrical contractor in Broward County, Florida.

Mr. Capobianco has extensive experience overseeing and managing large Utility Work Schedule's with Florida Power and Light, AT&T, Comcast, and Crown Castle Fiber. With his vast experience’s in Utility Roadway relocation construction, ITS, Signalization, and Roadway Lighting, Mr. Capobianco has been a recipient of multiple Davis Productivity Awards for the Department of Transportation. He has successfully completed numerous FHWA Hurricane Restoration Recoveries throughout his career. His Project Management experience and technical expertise are a unique and valuable combination, making Mr. Capobianco a tremendous asset to Evolution Engineering Consultants, and this engineering industry.
